I first noticed it in my wife, the dim light projecting from her screen, it was enough to illuminate our small bedroom, the light causing me to wake up; she told me that she just couldn’t sleep. We have always been a couple of routine, I wake up in the morning for work and she gets up along side me; preparing my coffee and lunch for the day. When I get home, it’s always the same, we eat dinner, talk about our day and then watch a little T.V. before heading off to bed.
